GG.VIP Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before You Start

GG.VIP (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform", "we", or "GG.VIP") is an international online gaming and Sports Betting service provider. We operate under a Curacao eGaming licence and conduct all activities in accordance with international gaming regulations.

Registration Eligibility

One Person, One Account Policy

Only one account is allowed per person, household, or IP address. If multiple accounts are found under the same individual, all accounts will be immediately closed and all balances and bonuses will be forfeited.

Accuracy of Information

All information provided at registration must be truthful and accurate. GG.VIP reserves the right to close any account created using false information.

KYC (Know Your Customer) Verification

To ensure security, GG.VIP may request a government-issued ID (NID/Passport) for identity verification at any time. Withdrawals may be delayed until the verification process is complete.

• Minimum Deposit: ৳500
• Maximum Daily Deposit: ৳1,00,000 (Standard Member)

• Deposits are typically credited to your account within 5 minutes

Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳100
• Maximum Daily Withdrawal: ৳50,000 (Standard Member)
• Withdrawals can only be made via the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawal processing time: typically 5 minutes — up to 24 hours maximum

Currency & Conversion

All transactions on GG.VIP are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). For transactions in foreign currencies, conversion rates will be applied automatically.

Suspicious Transactions

If a transaction appears suspicious, GG.VIP may place a temporary hold to verify it. In such cases, our support team will reach out to you directly.

General Bonus Terms

All bonus offers at GG.VIP are subject to the following general terms and conditions:

• Each bonus offer has its own Wagering Requirement (WR), which is stated alongside the offer.
• If the wagering requirement (WR) is not met before the bonus expires, the bonus will be forfeited.
• More than one deposit bonus cannot be active at the same time
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — the wagering requirement (WR) must be met first
• GG.VIP reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time

Wagering Requirement (WR)

The wagering requirement (WR) refers to how many times you must wager the bonus amount before it can be withdrawn. For example: a ৳1,000 bonus with a 15x WR means you must place a total of ৳15,000 in bets.

Referral Bonus

To qualify for a referral bonus, the referred person must be a new member and make a minimum deposit of ৳500. Any attempt to self-refer or claim referral bonuses through fake accounts will result in account termination.

All games at GG.VIP are powered by internationally certified RNG (Random Number Generator) technology. Every game outcome is entirely random and never predetermined.

Sports Betting

• Betting limits are set individually for each market.
• Once a match has started, the associated bet cannot be changed or cancelled (except for live betting).
• If a match is cancelled, the stake will be refunded.
• In the event of a dispute over results, GG.VIP's decision shall be final.

Live Casino

• In Live Casino games, the dealer's decision is final
• If a game is interrupted due to technical issues, it will be resolved in accordance with the applicable policy
• GG.VIP will not be held liable for bets lost due to disconnection.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on GG.VIP. If detected, the account will be suspended immediately:

• Money Laundering: Using GG.VIP for money laundering purposes
• Bot Usage: Using automated software or scripts to play games
• Collusion: Coordinated attempts by multiple members to defraud the platform
• Bonus Abuse: Exploiting bonus terms dishonestly for unfair advantage
• Hacking: Attempting unauthorized access to the system
• Fake Identity: Operating an account under someone else's name or a false identity

GG.VIP treats the protection of your personal information as its highest priority. Any data we collect is used solely for the purpose of providing our services.

GG.VIP reserves the right to suspend or close any account for the following reasons:

• Violation of these Terms & Conditions
• If evidence of fraud or dishonest activity is found
• If KYC verification has not been completed
• If an account has been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months)

Closed by Member

You may request to close your account at any time. Please ensure you withdraw any available balance before the account is closed.

GG.VIP is not liable for the following:

• If a game is interrupted due to internet connectivity issues
• Losses caused by technical issues on your device
• Delays or errors caused by third-party payment providers
• Financial losses resulting from gaming
• Unforeseen Technical Failures (Force Majeure)

GG.VIP reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The nature and process of such changes:

• Important Changes: Email/SMS notification at least 7 days in advance
• Minor Changes: Effective immediately upon update to the website
• Continued use of the service after any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
• If you disagree with the updated terms, please withdraw your balance before closing your account.
